The Touch is not that much different in layout from other Genisys tooling.
I’m not trying to defend OTC, and I strongly encourage you to contact them
directly with any questions you have, but most of it is intuitive. We’ll
certainly help you out as much as we can!

Bosch does not stand behind anything,it is yours after purchase with no
tech support at all.Bosch can’t keep reps around either, they quit.Bosch is
cutting corners also cutting costs.I know a former Vetronix rep that was
forced into retirement by Bosch.Bosch bought out Vetronix in 2003 and cut
his pay and commission. He was 1 of 2 reps making the big money for Vetronix.

I recently bought the touch, and there is no operating manual, no dvd
available, and since it is so new no one can answer questions about it. I
have put in a request for training but was told it could take months until
they had enough requests to send someone to oklahoma! !!! not happy at this
    point

If this guy on the left is who i need to talk to if i have a problem I am
fucked. I was just told that flashing directly through the touch is not
advised. I have had several New Scan tools in the last frw years most are
Just hype, Just returned the Bosch VCI when it worked it was ok “when it
    worked” !!!!!!!!!!

Good review Pete. Just went to a training class this past weekend at the
tool trade show in Orlando. Seems like OTC (now Bosch) is on the right
track with the Genisys Touch. Not sure why Pegisys is still available since
the Touch seems to have much more going for it. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for bringing this to us. The tool looks interesting. I hope it has
lost some of the Genisys Evo 4.0 Features like zero battery life,
lockup/freeze, “no device control available for this vehicle”, no printing
ability unless you buy a special printer or spend a few hundred $ for
connect tech software.and a few other things. It gets the job done, just
not as smoothly as it should. Since the Touch is Windows based it should
work pretty well. It may be worth a try if the price is right.
